Abstract
⺠Paper considers platform competition for both advertisers and users. ⺠Platforms earn profits from advertisers although there is perfect competition. ⺠Profits can increase in the users' nuisance costs of advertising. ⺠Factors have opposing results compared to one-sided markets. ⺠Model explains why TV stations benefit if rivals are regulated to advertise less.
