Abstract
⺠We use growth accounts and growth regressions to estimate the sources of growth. ⺠We forecast GDP growth through 2030 for 12 developing Asian economies. ⺠Scenario analyses consider policy reforms in education, property rights, and R&D. ⺠We compare our projections with those of previous studies.
