Abstract
⺠Growth accounting exercises are performed for the 12 Asian economies for 1970-2007. ⺠The results support evidence of growing contribution of TFP in the post-2000 period. ⺠Models of TFP growth are estimated using a comprehensive country-level panel data. ⺠The estimates are used to produce long-term projection of TFP growth for 2010-2030.
