Abstract
â¢Overall primary intracranial tumour (ICT) case ascertainment in Scotland was 96.3%.â¢Outdated estimations of completeness of ascertainment of ICT should be revised with these more contemporary estimates.â¢Recording of benign pituitary tumours, predominantly microadenomas, is a weakness of the current cancer registration system.
