Abstract
â¢Multiple perceived attributes were examined in relation to neighborhood satisfaction.â¢All three physical characteristics were associated with greater satisfaction.â¢All three social characteristics were associated with greater satisfaction.â¢No gender differences existed in associations with neighborhood attributes.â¢Interventions can target physical and social factors to improve resident satisfaction.
