Abstract
â¢In rural Cambodian homes, household air pollution levels exceed the limits recommended by the WHO.â¢Establishing a local evidence base has 'opened the door' to locally led solutions.â¢In rural regions, a 'hub and spoke' education model enables information penetration.â¢Allowing infrastructure change to be led by end-users has increased adoption.â¢Integration between health, education and the environment encourages sustainability.
