Abstract
E-learning environment makes learning process more efficient and attractive. However, the possibility of learning anytime and anywhere in e-learning environment requires additional attention to motivate students to acquire knowledge and prevent drop-outs. The aim of this paper is to prove that a self-discipline in daily routine knowledge acquisition process could be considered as a key parameter to improve learning outcomes. The authors prove this statement by data analysis of learner activity levels within collaborative e-learning environment and achieved appropriate competence levels. Self-discipline and motivation issues are also discussed.
