Abstract
Cu-nanoparticles have been found to be an extremely efficient catalyst that catalyzes the reaction between a variety of primary amines with a β-dicarbonyl compound to afford β-enaminones in good yields. This methodology provides a novel, simple and convenient route to organic synthesis of substituted β-enaminones owing to its importance as antiepileptic drugs.
