Abstract
Colorimetric (absorption at 483 nm) and fluorometric (emission at 529 nm) determination of HRP using BAFA as a hydrogen donor both gave a linear calibration curve (y = 0.0025 Ã + 0.0237; R2 = 0.9997, y = 0.241 Ã + 3.194; R2 = 0.9914) in the same range of 1.4-12 U/L.270
