Abstract
Glutathione is a necessary antidote for overdose of acetaminophen. Also, tyrosine can be reduce glutathione level in body and disrupt the activities of glutathione. The changing in glutathione level can be effective on glucose metabolism and expressed the cell death. Therefore, in this research we suggested a novel electrochemical sensor for simultaneous determination of glutathione, acetaminophen and tyrosine.210
