Abstract
A one-step operation via electrostatic self-assembly was employed to synthesize the Fe3O4/MIL-101(Fe) composite and the as-prepared composite demonstrated a powerful application for efficiently selective enrichment of phosphopeptides. Compared with many IMAC and MOAC nanomaterials reported previously, the Fe3O4/MIL-101(Fe) displayed excellent sensitivity, admirable selectivity and superior recovery. Furthermore, the remarkable results obtained from tryptic digest of tilapia eggs samples suggested that the Fe3O4/MIL-101(Fe) composite could exhibit excellent potential in the practical application.182
