Abstract
In this work, we developed a simple, rapid, selective and sensitive biosensor for detection of BPA based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) between MGO and fluorescein-labeled BPA aptamer. MGO can adsorb fluorescein-labeled BPA aptamer to form aptamer-MGO complex and can effectively quench the fluorescence of fluorescein. In the presence of BPA, the anti-BPA aptamer could be desorbed from the surface of MGO and then the fluorescence recovered by magnetic separation.134
