Abstract
MIL-101(Cr) as the solid matrix showed free matrix background interference and high signal-to-noise level in the analysis of flavonoids by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS), which achieved the ultrasensitive detection of quercetin comparing with different flavonoids, and made the identification of quercetin in sophora japonica successfully.186
