Abstract
It is notable that the transmission for electrons to pass from one electrode to another one are different near the Fermi level in the FM state: 0.13 for M1, 0.02 for M2, and 0.0003 for M3, indicating that the conductance of M1 is 6.5 and 43 times higher than that of M2 and M3, respectively. M1 shows metallic behavior, and M2 shows a spin semiconductor feature with a transmission gap (TG) of approximately 0.32 eV appearing around the Fermi level. For the AFM state, all the models show a semiconductor behavior, which originates from the spin-degenerate edge states, which possess a small band gap in the band structure of the electrode.279
