A new biodegradable gate dielectric material based on keratin protein for organic thin film transistors

Keratin protein was extracted from chicken feathers (CFs) for its potential application as dielectric material (k) of 3.5 in fabrication of valuable functional electronic devices such as Metal-Insulator-Metal (MIM) and OTFT devices.
