Abstract
Li3Fe1.2Sc0.75Y0.05(PO4)3 compound has been synthesized by the solid state reaction method. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) investigation have shown that synthesized powders belong to monoclinic symmetry (space group P21/n) with ZÂ =Â 4 formula units in the unit cell. For the study of electrical properties ceramics samples were prepared. For measurements of the electrical impedance in the frequency range of 10Â Hz-1Â MHz 2- and 4-probe methods were used. The coaxial line was used for the investigation of impedance spectra in the frequency range from 1Â MHz to 3Â GHz. The electrical properties of the ceramics were studied in the temperature interval from room temperature (RT) to 600Â K. The Mössbauer spectra were measured in the (10-600) K temperature.
