Abstract
The synthesis and photophysical properties of dota- or dipicolinic acid-based Eu(III)- and Tb(III)-emitters are reported. All complexes carry a 2â²- or 5â²-linked uridine. Eu- and Tb-luminescence was sensitized by the picolinic acid or a coumarin antenna. The possibility of energy transfer from a Eu- to a Nd-complex was investigated.61
