Abstract
The recent advances in detrifluoroacetylative generation and chemistry of unprotected fluorine containing tertiary enolates is summaried, which is emphasized its methodological potential for preparation of structurally complex compounds bearing quaternary stereogenic C-F centers along with other known pharmacophoric groups.
