Abstract
Herein, the synthesis and characterization of ferrocenyl and organic novobiocin derivatives is presented. In vitro biological evaluation of these compounds revealed that incorporation of ferrocene framework resulted in compounds with enhanced activity compared novobiocin and its organic analogues.154
