Abstract
A hybrid FixL oxygen sensor from Rhizobium etli was investigated in active and inactive states. Changes promoted by urea were monitored by UV-vis, fluorescence and circular dichroism, where exciting alteration in the domains were observed. These results provided further hints in the signal transduction process of this multi-domain heme-based sensor.153
