Abstract
After Apis cerana cerana syntheses of cytochrome c oxidase gene (AccSCO2) knockdown, the expression levels of most antioxidant genes, the antioxidant enzymatic activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT), the in vivo activity of cytochrome c oxidase (COX) were significantly decreased compared with the control bees.130
