Abstract
Protonation equilibria and binding mode of Cu(II) ions by a synthetic hormone - goserelin acetate (Gos) were studied using potentiometry, UV-Vis, CD and theoretical calculations. Cytotoxicity of compounds was studied towards cancer cell lines. The A549 line: (a) control, (b) Cu(II)-Gos; the CT26 line: (c) control, (d) Cu(II)-Gos.338
