Abstract
Series of new Zn(II) complexes with flufenamic acid was synthesized and characterized by infrared spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray structure analysis, elemental and thermal analysis. Interaction of complexes with calf-thymus DNA and human serum albumin was investigated by spectroscopic techniques. Moreover, an inhibition of catalytic activity of topoisomerase I by complexes was studied.290
