Abstract
Selenium involved in the synthesis of polypeptide in selenoprotein by selenocysteine. Selenium homeostasis is presented in chicken central nervous system (CNS) which fed the diets with low or supernutritional selenium. The hierarchy of regulated the transcriptions of selenoproteome played an important role of CNS selenium metabolism and transport.89
