Abstract
New mono- and binuclear Cu(I) and Ru(II) complexes containing phosphane and N,N-heteroaromatic ligands revealed high cytotoxicity against A2780 and MCF7 human cancer cells with IC50 values in the micromolar range, much lower than those found for cisplatin, in some cases up to 100 times lower, in the same cell lines51
