Abstract
Six new platinum(II) complexes have been synthesised that incorporate bidentate pyridyl-1,2,3-triazole “click” and diaminocyclohexane ligands. They have been fully characterised by several methods including X-ray crystallography. In vitro cytotoxicity was assessed against eleven cell lines, revealing potent activity against some cell lines for complexes of 2-(1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)pyridine.
