Abstract
Highly covalent Pt-C bonds of the strongly Ï-donating R coligands in organometallic complex fragments [(COD)M(R)] (CODÂ =Â 1,5-cyclooctadiene, MÂ =Â Pd or Pt; RÂ =Â methyl or benzyl) lead to rather low tendency to bind to various neutral or anionic sulphur ligands.
