Abstract
The synthesis and characterization of new axially-modified paddlewheel structured diruthenium(II,III)-ibuprofenato metallodrugs are described. The new compounds and the known chlorido-metallodrug were investigated for the effects on U87MG and A172 human glioma cell proliferation, apoptosis, mitosis, and cell migration in vitro.
