Abstract
The interaction of seven ferrocenylnaphthalene diimide derivatives (FNDs) with tetraplex DNA was evaluated using spectrophotometric and electrochemical techniques coupled with telomerase repeat amplification protocol (TRAP). Binding affinities and inhibition mechanisms of FNDs for telomerase and Taq polymerase was differed from their linker structures.144
