Abstract
New CuATSM derivatives (CuL1-CuL4) (ATSMÂ =Â diacetyl-bis(N4-methylthiosemicarbazonate) bearing protonable pendant cyclic amines, have pronounced cytotoxic activity and enhanced cellular uptake in human tumor cells, emerging as a new family of CuII bis(thiosemicarbazonate) complexes that deserve further pre-clinical studies as metallodrugs for cancer theranostics.63
