Abstract
Synthetic triphenyltin(IV) carboxylates derived from small modular ligands with diazo- and its isoelectronic imino- scaffolds as templates is described. The underlying investigation suggested that the compounds exert potent antitumor effect by elevating intracellular reactive oxygen species generation in cancer cells without affecting normal cells.82
