Abstract
Ethylated PVIm (PVIm-Et) chelated the highest amount of Zn2 + ions, as compared with methylated or butylated PVIm, resulting in stable polyion complexes to deliver the highest amount of the Zn2 + ions inside the cell and to leading to the highest gene transfection.211
