Abstract
Synthesis and characterization of four Pd2Â + and Pt2Â + Ï-complexes with N-allylthiourea derivatives have been described. Structures of all compounds were evaluated by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and by H1 and C13 NMR-spectroscopy. All complex compounds possessed pronounced cytotoxic activity “in vitro” and high ability to interaction with DNA.168
