Abstract
Hollow multiple-Ag-nanoclusters- C-shell nanocomposites (Ag@C) were successfully fabricated using silane coupling agent to graft carbon dots (CDs) on silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). The nanocomposites have the advantages of both AgNPs and CDs, which perform efficient antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and exhibits little toxicity on hamster ovarian cells.76
