Abstract
The DNA binding proficiency of ferrocenyl complexes has been investigated by electrochemical, spectroscopic, and viscometric methods and show that they are excellent DNA binders through an electrostatic association. These new complexes also demonstrated good anticancer and DPPH scavenging potential. The HOMO-LUMO energies and the charge distributions was determined through DFT analysis.282
