Abstract
A three-dimensional metal-organic framework (MOF), Pb(TDC) has been successfully purely prepared via self-assembly reaction of Pb(NO3)2 with thiophene-2, 5-dicarboxylic acid (H2TDC) under solvothermal conditions. This MOF is a pillared-layer structure with the I2O1 type which shows a pcu topological net. This compound crystallizes in an acentric space group and displays ferroelectric property.365
