Abstract
The linear optical properties: the real ε1(Ï) and imaginary ε2(Ï) parts of dielectric function, the refractive index n(Ï) and the extinction coefficient k(Ï), are calculated and compared with experimental spectroscopic ellipsometry spectra.279
