Abstract
In this study, we proposed a new hypoxia-activated prodrug that conjugated (1-methyl-2-nitro-1H-imidazol-5-yl)methanol with SN-38. Compound IOS containing ether linkage was evaluated as a promising hypoxia-selective antitumor agent.116
