Abstract
New arylpyrazole-coumarins with anti-inflammatory activity were designed and synthesized. Among them, compound 4m showed the highest anti-inflammatory activity with inhibiting IL-6, TNF-α and NO production LPS-stimulated. The further study showed that title compound could significantly suppress LPS-induced iNOS, COX-2 expression and IL-6, TNF-α, NO production through NF-κB/MAPK signaling pathway.193
