Abstract
Synthesis and anti-plasmodial evaluation of 1H-1,2,3-triazole-tethered 4-aminoquinoline -ferrocenenylchalcone conjugates with the most potent and non-cytotoxic conjugate exhibiting an IC50 of 0.37 μM against CQ-R W2 strain of P. falciparum.
