Abstract
⺠During the OAE-2 interval terrestrial OM input was minimal-most OM of marine origin. ⺠Bottom water conditions occasionally anoxic during the OAE-2 interval. ⺠Anoxic bottom water conditions not as prevalent as at Southern North Atlantic OAE-2 sites. ⺠Trace amounts of isorenieratane provided evidence for occasional occurrence of photic zone anoxia.
