Abstract
⺠Sequential Soxhlet extraction performed on a 1.64 Ga Pb-Zn-Ag ore sample. ⺠Results compared with Bitumen II extracted from a similar sample. ⺠Extraction efficiency decreased for high molecular weight aromatics. ⺠Maturity parameters lower for Bitumen II and final sequential extraction. ⺠Composition of Bitumen II cannot be explained by bitumen remaining after extraction.
