Abstract
An Italian cultivar of L. barbarum was fully analysed by NMR. The detected bioactive molecules defined a quite unique phytochemical profile of berries, leaves, flowers and stems, thus amplifying the nutraceutical value of the Italian product and prompting the exploitation of the inedible parts of the plant for the obtainment of precious health-promoting metabolites.262
