Abstract
Eudesmane-type sesquiterpenoids (1-8) were isolated from Salvia plebeia, and their absolute configuration structures were determined by ECD, X-ray crystallography, and the modified Mosher's method. Their inhibitory effects on IL-6-induced STAT3 expression were investigated using a luciferase reporter assay.
