Abstract
												A polyoxypregnane aglycone (1) and four polyoxypregnane steroids (2-5) possessing an open-chain sugar moiety were isolated from Marsdenia tenacissima. Compounds 3 and 4 exhibit a wide spectrum of chemoresistance reversal activity, and potential mechanisms were studied accordingly.
