Abstract
												Chickpea genotypes with high raffinose family oligosaccharides (RFO) concentrations showed significantly higher accumulation of initial substrates (myo-inositol and sucrose) as well as higher RFO biosynthetic enzymes activities compared to low RFO genotypes.
