Abstract
An IAA-glucosyltransferase (IAGlc synthase) catalyzing the conjugation of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) with glucose in seeds of Pisum sativum was isolated and purified. The IAGlc synthase is involved in modification of glycoproteins from pea seeds.
