Abstract
Non-targeted metabolomics and multivariate data analyses revealed significant metabolic variations during chickpea-Fusarium interactions. Flavonoids, isoflavonoids as well as chitin induced metabolites were increased in the roots of resistant plant compared to the susceptible cultivar.114
