Abstract
Thymus longicaulis C. Presl samples, collected at different phenological stages, were analyzed for their chemical composition and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The hydroalcoholic extract from plants collected in the month of October contained a large amount of rosmarinic acid and methylapigenin and showed the highest antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities.215
