Abstract
Identification and quantification of glucosinolates (GLS) were performed in plant tissues during different developmental stages of horseradish (Armoracia rusticana). Overall, 17 GLS were identified, some tentatively assigned, one of which (glucobarbarin and/or epiglucobarbarin) was not previously reported in horseradish plant.92
